Mercy
Mercy, as an act, is the extension of kindness and compassion towards others who do not necessarily have a claim to be treated in this manner. Christian mercy is fueled by the God’s mercy given to us through Jesus Christ and seeks to extend this to others in order to reflect His glory.
The extension of mercy is not always accompanied with a verbal proclamation of the gospel, but it is always the aim of mercy to provide an opportunity for the love of Christ to be displayed and provide a context for evangelism.
